Naturally, every unit that Grosvenor offers is well-presented, often decorated, and also fitted with standard utilities. However; we can do more. For an additional fee, we can supply an a-la-carte offering of additional services including design, bespoke fit-out tailored to your own requirements, and a comprehensive aftercare package. These services are a one-stop-shop that can save you time whilst giving you the reassurance that an enduring single point of contact can provide. We are experts at fitting out offices and have specialist service partners who can provide an outstanding fit-out for you. We can speed up the move in process and provide a fully kitted out, furnished and connected office space – ready to move into immediately.
You can expect professional meeting rooms, designer furniture, a high-end fully-fitted kitchen, bathrooms and WiFi throughout, as soon as you’ve signed on the dotted line.
If your property needs any major building work, our team of qualified building surveyors offer a full project management service. From providing budgets to managing the build, we’ll make sure there’s a smooth handover when it’s all finished.

Most commercial leases require the landlord to approve certain alterations within the building. Our in-house team of chartered building surveyor professionals can manage the entire alterations process; from detailed review to approval, along with all ongoing inspections. We also offer dilapidation inspections midterm and at the end of occupation.
Our dedicated insurance broker can provide outstanding policy cover across all insurance categories, from buildings and terrorism to contents. They procure insurance on our behalf grouped into block policies which enable us to offer industry-leading cover at unbeatable prices.
Our property managers are well versed in supporting insurance claims so that if something does go wrong, it can be fixed in no time at all.
Want to save money, time and the environment all at once? No worries – we’ll manage all your utility bills. We buy in bulk (in the hundreds of millions of pounds a year) to ensure the best prices, and then buy in advance to balance the risk of price fluctuations. On top of that, our energy comes solely from 100% deep green energy sources, including Grosvenor’s own renewable energy schemes in the Reay Forest, North Scotland.
